Includes two O-rings for double-point suspension. Two carabiners are required to hang swing from a doorway bar (both sold separately). To hang from ceiling suspension, we recommend two therapy ropes, two height adjusters and four carabiners (all sold separately).

Made of 100% polyester mesh and rope and galvanized steel O-rings. Mesh measures 53"L x 45"W. Ropes 15"L to 26"L. O-Rings are 2.4" diameter. 220 lbs. weight capacity.
